For 12 years and up, this workshop will explore how STEM businesses create new ideas, develop new technologies and solve real problems.
The goal is to come up with a new and exciting solution to a real world STEM problem and to learn what it takes to be a part of the STEM sector.
Led by local artist, Harry Malt, this all day, drop in activity provides the opportunity for children of all ages and families to collaborate on a giant illustration that will be presented at the end of the day.
A dramatic adventure especially devised for and by 9-12 year olds. Delivered by the Westacre Theatre Team and using improvisation, music, movement and technical theatre techniques, the ensemble will create from scratch, within 6 hours a unique, rehearsed and professionally supervised theatrical presentation.

Led by The Children’s Garden, this two hour workshop for children 3+ will utilise the beautiful setting of the festival. The children learn about our natural surroundings, try new skills (like sawing wood), have a fire and explore, climb and create stories.
